You can edit layout elements such as Filter, Sort, Search, Items, and Pagination:
On the Top position allowed usage of Filter, Sort, and Search module. You can combine it and change alignment. On the Bottom position allowed Pagination module. The middle position can be removed, as it is displaying items.
