Our plugin works with the images and posts by default. With the Pro version, you are able to add integration with your Social Networks and display your latest posts from it on your site.
All social network posts will be loaded automatically every 3 hours, you don’t need to worry about it, once configured. Moreover, our plugin download media from social posts and serves it on your server. This is also an automated process, that runs automatically using Cron jobs.

WP Cron
Preloading social posts and media rely on WP Cron, which in turn relies on PHP page loads in WordPress. If there is no activity on site for some time, Visual Portfolio’s preload would stop being triggered.
Tip: Quickly check if WP-Cron can run on your WordPress: WP-Cron Status Checker
After activation, visit your Dashboard and look for the WP-Cron Status Checker widget.
To make preloading more reliable, it’s recommended to replace WP-Cron with a real cron job from your server. Here’s an example of how to do that: Setting up a real Cron Job.
